We offer free returns and exchanges on all U.S. orders within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for return, merchandise must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
Merchandise that is clearly used, worn, not in its original packaging, or out of the 14-day return window, will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Upon inspection, eligible items will be refunded to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to post. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If after 10 business days your refund has not been posted, first, contact your credit card company. Next, contact your bank. If you’ve followed these steps and you still have not received your refund, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exchanged items will be shipped to the original shipping address unless otherwise stated.
